In the last three months protesters have been ravaging Independence Square in Ukraine. The protesters are upset by their president not signing the pact so they could join the European Union, this pact would have generated economic growth by forming political ties to other nations and would have set the stage for modernization. These protests have turned violent and the government has ordered the military to take violent action against the protesters so vacationing here could possibly get someone hurt.
